Photos: 'Tin Pan South' Kicks Off On March 24 with Opening Party

'Tin Pan South' kicked off with festive food and conversation on Monday night in the lobby of the Regions Bank building at the Roundabout on Music Row. Emerging and professional songwriters gathered to celebrate the 22nd annual festival. Many of them will take the stage at area venues each evening from March 25-29 (Tuesday-Saturday). Although passes are sold out, you can pay at the door to see some of Nashville's most talented and successful tunesmiths.

To help support the songwriting community, MCAU writers Wil Comstock, Scott Johnson and Chuck Whiting will be hitting the clubs this week. Visit here (or check your mailbox) for MCAU's daily "Tin Pan South" reports. Please let us know if you see or hear anything exciting during your TPS experience (Info@MusicCityArtsUpdate.com).
